The experience begins with a private introduction to traditional archery techniques.
For the first part of the lesson, participants train on the ground where the instructor explains the basics of archery, including posture, aiming and shooting technique. This allows everyone to become familiar with the equipment before moving on to horseback.
After approximately 45 minutes of ground training, participants prepare the horses together with the instructor.
The second part of the lesson takes place on horseback. Riders practice shooting while riding under the guidance of the instructor, focusing on balance, rhythm and coordination between rider, horse and bow.
Because the lesson is private, the training can be adapted to the level and interests of each participant.
This experience offers a rare opportunity to try one of the most unique equestrian sports in the world in the peaceful surroundings of Lapland.
